1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the Park Professor website (the “Site”) or any tools, content, or services we provide through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. What Park Professor provides
Park Professor offers information, tools, and companion features intended to help you plan visits to Disneyland Resort. This may include ride wait-time grades, alerts, refurb information, guides, tips, and interactive tools like the Ride Ranker.
The information on this Site is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It may change frequently and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date, especially where it relies on third-party data sources.
3. Independent & unofficial project
Park Professor is an independent project and is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland Resort, or any of their subsidiaries. All park names, attractions, and other referenced properties are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
4. Personal responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use any information or tools from this Site or the Park Professor app. Wait times, crowd levels, refurbishments, and schedules can change quickly, and we cannot guarantee that our information will always match real-world conditions at the parks.
You should always verify time-sensitive details (such as park hours, attraction status, and showtimes) with official Disneyland Resort sources before making decisions that matter to you.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We specifically disclaim any warranties of accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any issues will be corrected within a particular timeframe.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Professor LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its information.
If, despite these limitations, we are found liable for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site, that liability will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the Site or access related services.
